EVENT MANAGEMENT
+ TRAINING.
DISVERSIVE develops formats at the intersection of live performance and broadcasting.
In France and Europe, we collaborate with committed partners to design event projects that showcase artists who think about and experiment with the music of today and tomorrow.
In parallel, we offer accessible and practical training courses , designed to give real tools to those who are building their career in contemporary music.

TO CIRCULATE THE ARTISTS.
OPEN THE FORMATS.
CREATE SPACES FOR DISCOVERY AND COLLECTIVE EXPERIENCE.
DISVERSIVE develops an event activity conceived as a space for curation, artistic circulation and collective experimentation.
In collaboration with French and international partners , we imagine formats that blend club, live, performance and new stage forms, with particular attention paid to the artists, teams, audiences, spaces and the human and environmental conditions of the event.

OUR VISION
The festival is a political, sensory and social space . It questions our ways of sharing a space, welcoming intensity, meeting the other and being together.
There is a commitment of bodies, imaginations, responsibilities, and coexistence. An event is never just a program . It is a framework to be carefully imagined.
That is why eachDISVERSIVE format is designed based on strong values: inclusion, safety, curiosity, respect, attention to artists, audiences and teams .
We want to create spaces where the discovery of oneself, of others, of new music and artists can exist in complete freedom, where all radical approaches can be welcomed with curiosity and kindness , and where the party remains a place of openness, care, and transformation.

• training
Thetraining courses offered by Disversive are aimed at emerging artists, composers and project leaders who wish to better understand the mechanisms of the contemporary music industry.
They are not certified and do not lead to a diploma. Unfortunately, they cannot be funded by any organization (AFDAS, France Travail, etc.).
Their purpose is to transmit concrete tools, frameworks for reading and essential reference points, in order to allow each individual to progress with greater clarity, autonomy and discernment in their professional journey.
The pedagogical approach is based on:
→ a perspective on current practices in the sector
→ an accessible but rigorous transmission
→ a direct link with the realities on the ground
All training sessions are delivered via videoconference, in small groups, in order to preserve a space for listening, kindness and dialogue.
