LXBA – pronounced “loba” – is a French rap artist whose instinctive, unrestrained writing shapes the contours of an alternative, hybrid and untamed rap. Her music draws from multiple influences without hierarchy or boundaries, driven by a visceral approach to lyrics. Fueled by anger and an inner necessity to create, LXBA turns rap into a space of tension: between emotional urgency, social awareness and musical exploration, both intimate and political.

Trained in musicology, she develops her own sonic dramaturgy, placing it at the service of a fully embodied and inhabited performance. A seasoned live performer, LXBA has appeared on stage numerous times, notably as a guest rapper with CalvaDojo, and through the Labö project with Le Cargö ; a cross-disciplinary initiative bringing together artists from diverse backgrounds, culminating in a concert at Bazarnaom. She is currently an artist supported by Le Cargö, affirming her lasting presence within the contemporary music landscape.

Alongside her artistic career, LXBA has established herself as a structuring force within the independent scene. Since 2025, she has been a programmer for TFT and has also contributed to the programming of Festival La Revoyure. As an artist manager and co-founder of the structure Disversive, she supports demanding and singular projects at the intersection of creation, transmission and artistic emancipation.
